Mechanism of action
Lenalidomide has immunomodulatory and antineoplastic properties; it inhibits cytokine production and induces apoptosis of tumour cells.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Pregnancy: Absolutely contraindicated due to risk of birth defects. Breastfeeding: Not recommended.
