Mechanism of action
Tribenzor combines three distinct antihypertensive mechanisms: olmesartan blocks angiotensin II receptors, amlodipine inhibits calcium influx in vascular smooth muscle, and hydrochlorothiazide increases sodium excretion, collectively lowering blood pressure.
